MULTILAYER OILPROOF PAPERBOARD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SANE AND OILPROOF PAPER CONTAINER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a multilayer oilproof paperboard for use in a paper container for storing foods having water and oil, the multilayer oilproof paperboard causing little elution of water-soluble substances from a face contacting the foods; an oilproof paper container using the same; and a method for producing the same at continuing steps with little loss between the steps.SOLUTION: The multilayer oilproof paperboard includes: base paper having a surface layer, a back layer and at least one or more intermediate layers between the surface layer and the back layer; oilproof application surfaces containing a fluororesin-based oilproof agent on both surfaces of the base paper; and an elution prevention layer provided on at least the surface in contact with foods of the oilproof application surfaces. The elution prevention layer is a coating layer containing polyvinyl alcohol crosslinked with a crosslinking agent, and the surface layer and the back layer contain no sizing agent.
