PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain treatment apparatus that is simple in structure, inexpensive, and low in energy consumption.SOLUTION: A drain treatment apparatus includes: a drain tank 11 for storing a drain discharged from an air compressor; an oil absorber 15 for removing oil contained in the drain; a twin-fluid spray nozzle 23 for spraying the drain 10 from which oil is removed; a drain supply pump 25 for supplying the drain to the twin-fluid spray nozzle 23 and of which a driving source is compressed air; and a compressed-air supply device 33 for feeding the compressed air to the twin-fluid spray nozzle 23 and the drain supply pump 25. The drain 10 is made fine and sprayed by the compressed air by the twin-fluid spray nozzle 23.
