A surge protection circuit comprises an input end used for providing a DC power supply, an output end used for connecting a final-stage circuit (13), a shutdown circuit (11) connected to the output end, and a bleeder circuit (12) connected between the input end and the shutdown circuit. The bleeder circuit comprises a diode (D) and a field effect transistor (Q). The cathode of the diode is connected to the positive electrode of the input end; the anode of the diode is connected to the source electrode of the field effect transistor; and the gate electrode of the field effect transistor is connected to the positive electrode of the input end, the drain electrode of the field effect transistor is connected to the cathode of the input end, and the direction of a parasitic diode of the field effect transistor is opposite to that of the diode. The surge protection circuit can reduce the negative-surge clamp voltage, thereby facilitating component selection and avoiding component damage caused by negative surges. |
