A golden finger and a plate edge interconnection device. The golden finger comprises a printed circuit board (PCB) surface layer (1) and at least one PCB inner layer (2). A metallic foil of the PCB inner layer (2) is connected to a metallic foil of the PCB surface layer (1) through a through-flow structure, so that the through-flow channel of the golden finger comprises the PCB surface layer (1) and the PCB inner layer (2). The plate edge interconnection device comprises the golden finger. On the basis that the size and thickness of the copper foil of the PCB in the golden finger are not increased, the through-flow channel of the PCB in the golden finger is added, thereby effectively improving the through-flow capability of the PCB in the golden finger.
