摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of a fermented product using Acer mono Max and Dendropanax morbifera LEV is provided to obtain the fermented product with excellent oxygen-resistance and antibacterial activity by the acetic fermentation of sap of the Acer mono Max and Dendropanax morbifera LEV using microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: Dendropanax morbifera LEV is finely pulverized. The pulverized Dendropanax morbifera LEV is mixed with Acer mono Max sap. The mixture is mixed with saccharide, and alcohol-fermented to obtain first fermentation liquid. The first fermentation liquid is acetic fermented to obtain second fermentation liquid. The mixture is obtained by adding Portulaca oleracea and honeysuckle. The mixture additionally contains more than one ingredient selected from a group consisting of bamboo sap, Puerariae radix, Helianthus tuberosus, root chives, Lentinus edodes, Saururus chinensis, ginseng, Houttuynia cordata, pine needles, Tricholoma matsutake, beans, barley, pumpkin, cornus fruit, Salicornia herbacea, Hovenia dulcis, and Glechoma longituba.
