PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately provide information which is easy to retrieve and analyze for an investigation organization while sufficiently protecting personal information and reducing loads on operations of a financial institution.SOLUTION: A crime information retrieval system includes: request reception means 68 for receiving extraction request data 34 specifying a data extraction range from a terminal device 30 of an investigation organization; a query converter 36 for converting a format of the extraction request data 34 for each kind of an ATM 16, and generating a data extraction command 38; data reception means 70 for receiving extraction data 24 from all the ATMs 16; a data converter 42 for converting the received extraction data 24 to data of a common form and generating a database 46 for a criminal investigation; a storage device 50 for storing the database 46 for the crime investigation and permitting access from the terminal device 30 of the investigation organization; and database deletion means 40 for automatically deleting the database 46 for the crime investigation from the storage device 50 when a fixed condition is satisfied. |
