PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the certainty of reducing the number of appearance of specific data, through scrambling.SOLUTION: A transmitting circuit 24 comprises scramble circuits (34, 37) for scrambling a payload, a determination circuit 35 for determining whether at least one of a generation polynomial and an initial value to be used by the scramble circuits (34, 37) is appropriate, a control circuit 36 for changing at least one of the generation polynomial and the initial value that the scramble circuits (34, 37) use when at least one of the generation polynomial and the initial value is not appropriate, and a multiplexing circuit 38 which multiplexes information for identifying at least one of the generation polynomial and the initial value used for scrambling the payload stored in a packet, to the packet. |
