PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce spike noise which is significant when the sensitivity of a detector is increased in MS/MS analysis.SOLUTION: For all data obtained from an A/D converter during an integration period (dwell time), the data having a value exceeding a predetermined threshold is excluded from integration object up to a predetermined maximum delete number, and the values of remaining data are integrated thus obtaining one measurement data corresponding to the integration period thereof. Since the number of noise data reflecting jump-in of particle, causing spike noise, is negligible, the noise data is removed in a no-signal state where a target ion does not exist. When a target ion exists, not the noise data but the normal data may be possibly removed, but since the number of which is negligible when compared with the total number of data, the effect of removing normal data does not substantially appear in the integration result. Consequently, spike noise can be reduced effectively. |
