<p>Disclosed is a processing unit for cellulose fibre mercerization, relating to the dyeing and finishing field. The processing unit comprises one squeezing roller (1), two drawing rollers (2, 4), a base-spraying device and a water-spraying device, with the squeezing roller (1) positioned at the side of and above either one of the drawing rollers (2, 4), and moving in the opposite direction to that of the drawing rollers (2, 4). The base-spraying device is positioned on the press-in port of the mercerization material at the interface between the squeezing roller (1) and the drawing rollers (2, 4), and the water-spraying device is near the mercerized material. The processing unit for cellulose fibre mercerization of the present invention effectively mercerizes the cellulose fibres by concentrated spraying and instant squeezing, such that the base loading on the fibres is always under control, which prevents the fibres from being dissolved due to over-swelling and solves the problem that mercerization cannot be carried out when the cellulose fibres are untwisted.</p> |
