<p>Disclosed is a process for preparing a graphene dispersion, comprising the following steps: (1) directly mixing water and an alcohol at a pre-determined ratio to obtain a solution used for the preparation of graphene; (2) dispersing the graphite into this solution to obtain a graphite dispersion; (3) treating same by ultrasound cavitation or jet cavitation; (4) allowing the treated solution to stand, and taking the solution in the upper layer; (5) subjecting the solution in the upper layer to separation by a high speed centrifuge; and (6) collecting the supernatant after the treatment by the high speed centrifuge, so as to obtain a stabilized graphene dispersion.</p>
