摘要 <p>The blood pressure measurement device determines the amplitude and frequency of the voltage to be applied on a piezoelectric pump (Step S112, Step S113), performs control so that voltage of the determined amplitude and frequency is applied on the piezoelectric pump (Step S114), and calculates the blood pressure based on the cuff pressure detected by a pressure-detecting unit during the pressurization process in which the cuff is pressurized using the piezoelectric pump (Step S115). The blood pressure measurement device determines the control frequency at which the pumping efficiency of the piezoelectric pump is maximized when the cuff is supplied with the flow necessary for the pressurization process with the voltage at a specified voltage, and performs a first control that applies voltage of the specified voltage amplitude and the determined control frequency (Step S112, Step S114). The blood pressure measurement device is able to reduce power consumption when pressurizing using a piezoelectric pump during the cuff pressurization process for blood pressure measurement.</p>
