<p>The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for enabling traction of tissue to be stably performed in various directions by distributing the traction force on the tissue over a plurality of fixing positions where a mesh is fixed to the inside wall of a body cavity; the invention using an arrangement in which one end of a traction means is joined to the mesh and the other end of the traction means is joined to the tissue. The present invention also relates to a surgical mesh and surgical traction means therefor, and to a surgical method using same. The surgical instrument of the present invention, which is adapted for this purpose, can be inserted and set in the body cavity for the purpose of traction of internal body tissue, and the instrument comprises: a mesh formed so as to be spread over the inside wall surface of the body cavity and fixed thereon by means of the fixing means; and a traction means which is able to place an internal body tissue under traction, and is formed in such a way that one end thereof is detachably and selectively joined to a site on the mesh and the other end thereof can be joined to a traction site of the internal body tissue.</p> |
