PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for blending, capable of improving the flavor of a beverage.SOLUTION: A nucleus is obtained by removing the pericarp and flesh from a peach fruit and is immersed in an aqueous alcohol solution and maintained for a fixed period, and an insoluble solid is removed therefrom to thereby obtain a peach nuclear extract which is used as a material for blending of a beverage. |
