PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake structure of a moving body that can reduce the load of braking operation, and that can improve the movement operability in the braking operation.SOLUTION: In a wheelchair 1 that has a pair of wheels 5, a pair of brake structures are to brake the wheels 5 individually, the pair of brake structures each include: a brake device 7 that brakes either of the pair of wheels 5; a grip 13 held by an operator for the movement operation of the wheelchair 1 in which a base 13a of the grip 13 is fixed to the wheelchair 1 at either of positions in one axis circumference along a traveling direction A of the wheelchair 1, and the grip 13 extends to project to an radial direction from the one axis in a traveling direction view of the wheelchair 1 and disposed to be able to turn to a single direction; and a braking operation part (a brake wire connecting member 14 and a brake wire 8) that operates the brake device 7 according to the turning of the grip 13. |
