PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency at a construction site.SOLUTION: A server device 10 comprises: a storage section 12 which stores user information including work contents that a user is in charge, question information including information on a question item set for each work content as well as inquiry destination information including the information on the user of an inquiry destination associated with the question item; a control section 11 which, in response to a request from an information processing terminal, performs the processes to specify the work contents that the user is in charge by referring to the user information, to select the question item with respect to the user on the basis of the specified work content as well as to decide the user of the inquiry destination associated with the selected question item by referring to the inquiry destination information; and a communication section 15 which transmits the information on the selected question item as well as the information on the decided user of the inquiry destination to the information processing terminal of a request source through a network. |
