PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing sheet for non-flux brazing having a thin skin, and capable of ensuring the uniform brazing property and the consistent joining, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The brazing sheet for non-flux brazing includes a core, a brazing filler metal arranged at least on one side of the core, and a thin skin disposed on the brazing filler metal. The core is formed of an aluminum alloy having the melting point higher than that of the brazing filler metal. The brazing filler metal is made of an Al-Si-Mg alloy, and has the thickness of 25-250 μm. The thin skin has the melting onset temperature higher than that of the brazing filler metal, is made of an aluminum alloy containing substantially no Mg, and has the thickness of 5-30 μm. The content of oxides present in the interface between the brazing filler metal and the thin skin is ≤0.1 ppm, by weight, with the entire clad as the reference. |
