[Solution] An antibacterial agent that contains as an active component a resin having an organic group represented by general formula (I-1). (In the formula (I-1), R1 and R2 mutually independently represent a C1-C4 fluoroalkyl group. "C" and "A" are bonded to each other through a covalent bond or an ionic bond, and "A" represents a hydrogen atom or a cation.)
