A vortex type gas generator comprises cone housing with the cover, bottom and helical plane inside, inner cylindrical jacket fixed on the cover, to which outer cylindrical jacket is axially connected, hopper of batch-continuous action, connected with the cover, pipe for removing of the finished product, fixed on the cover, in the upper part of which final filters with different performances are located, and sockets for supply of grinded material and oxidizer, tangentially introduced into inner cone jacket. The device is equipped with additional inner cone jacket located axially inside of cone housing, perforated with gaps located tangentially and inclined towards horizontal bottom, equal to the angle of elevation of helical plane, located between additional inner cone and outer cylindrical jackets. |
