<p>The wall element has a support-latch-structure designed as a base frame and comprising a vertical support (1) and a horizontal latch. A multi-disk outer part (4) is tilted toward an outer side of a building, and a multi-disk inner part is tilted toward an inner side of the building. Intermediate areas (6) between the inner and outer parts are filled with gas or heat-or sound insulating materials. A roller blind, jalousie and sun or vision protection elements are arranged in the intermediate areas.</p>
