<p>A hollow guiderail panel comprising a beam panel (100) and first rib panels (200). The multiple first rib panels (200) are arranged on a panel face of the beam panel (100) and are integrally arranged with the beam panel (100). The beam panel (100) and the first rib panels (200) extend along the lengthwise direction of the guiderail panel. Every two adjacent first rib panels (200) are provided therebetween with a second rib panel (300). The second rib panel (300) extends along the lengthwise direction of the guiderail panel and encloses a hollow cavity in conjunction with the first rib panels (200) and the beam panel (100). The beam panel (100) and the second rib panel (300) are thermoplastic composite panels or thermoplastic material panels. The first rib panels (200) are thermoplastic composite panels. Each thermoplastic composite panel comprises a reinforced skeleton (4). The reinforced skeleton (4) is covered thereout with a thermoplastic material layer. The hollow guiderail panel is corrosion-resistant, has a simplified manufacturing process, and ensures vehicle and personnel safety by adsorbing impact energies.</p> |
