PURPOSE: A producing method of avian egg dish is provided to mix avian eggs with moisture and other food ingredients to cook the dish. CONSTITUTION: Avian eggs are broken and inserted into a container. Subsidiary materials for avian egg dish is washed and dehydrated. The subsidiary materials are chopped or cut. The cut subsidiary materials are mixed with avian eggs (1). The avian egg mixture is formed into powder or granules. The moisture in the avian egg mixture is dried with hot air or by freezing (4). The subsidiary materials are inserted into a predetermined container for sealing and sterilizing. The subsidiary materials include milk fat, spice, fruit or vegetables, grains, and seasonings.
