PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition free of constituents derived from BPA, having favorable coating properties on high speed coating, and formable of a coating film excellent in steam pasteurization resistance (called also as "retort resistance"), processability and corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: This coating material composition includes a polyester resin (A), an organic solvent (B) and a phenol resin (C), where an SP value (SP) of the organic solvent (B) and an SP value (SP) of the polyester resin (A) satisfy: (SP-SP)=-0.40 to 0.60 (cal/cm)and the weight ratio of the polyester resin (A) and the phenol resin (C) is (A)/(C)=95/5 to 75/25. |
