PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating agent composition that is cured by irradiation of active energy rays, and forms a film that actualizes excellent hardness, abrasion resistance and transparency, and at the same time, has antistatic properties.SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable antistatic coating agent composition includes (A) inorganic oxide fine particles having a side chain having a functional group and a molecular weight of 300 or more, and obtained by reacting inorganic oxide fine particles (A-1) with a silane coupling agent (A-2) having a functional group and a molecular weight of 300 or more with the weight ratio (A-1)/(A-2) ranging from 90/10 to 5/95, and (B) an antistatic agent containing one type or more selected from the group consisting of a quaternary ammonium salt group-containing polymer, a quaternary ammonium salt group-containing silane coupling agent, and a hydrolysis condensate of the silane coupling agent. |
