PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of picking up an image in a vertical direction with a camera even when an image of an object to be measured in a vertical direction is difficult to pick up due to limitation of space, for example, at a joint part of an apex, so as to ensure reduction of burden of an operator and enhancement of inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: An image processing device picks up an image of an object to be measured with a camera, and performs quality determination of an object to be measured on the basis of the picked-up image data. In the image processing device, a mirror for reflecting a mirror image of the object to be measured is provided between the object to be measured and the camera. The mirror is disposed at a vertical direction of the object to be measured so as to pick up an image of the mirror image with a camera. Also, an image processing device includes an actuator which causes the mirror to proceed from a standby position to an inspection position for reflecting a mirror image of the object to be measured and to retard from the inspection position to the standby position. |
