A power conversion device consisting of a converter means for rectifying a single-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage and an inverter means for converting the DC voltage into an AC voltage to drive an AC electric motor is equipped with a first compensation means and a second compensation means. The first compensation means uses a frequency component twice the frequency of the single-phase AC voltage as a compensation value for at least one of a torque command value, a current command value, a voltage command value, a frequency command value, and a phase angle command value, the frequency component being obtained from the DC voltage output from the converter means or the current output from the inverter means. The second compensation means uses the DC voltage output from the converter means or the current output from the inverter means, on which low-frequency cutoff processing and gain processing are performed, as a compensation value for at least one of the torque command value, the current command value, the voltage command value, the frequency command value, and the phase angle command value. |
