摘要 The present invention is equipped with: a rotor position detector (7) that detects the rotational frequency of the rotor of a permanent magnet electric motor (1) that rotates in a non-energized state when disengaged from a load by means of a clutch (6); a magnet temperature estimator (17) that estimates the magnet temperature of the permanent magnet electric motor (1) on the basis of the detected rotational frequency; a current corrector (18) that determines a correction amount for correcting a current command with respect to the permanent magnet electric motor (1) on the basis of the estimated magnet temperature; and a drive control device (11) that, on the basis of the correction amount, controls a power converter (2) that drives the permanent magnet electric motor (1). Thus, during a gear change wherein the driving force is interrupted by the clutch (6), the temperature of the permanent magnet is estimated from the sum of the rotational frequency and the iron loss and the mechanical loss of the permanent magnet electric motor (1), and the output of the permanent magnet electric motor (1) is controlled, so the influence of the ambient temperature and inertia other than that of the rotor is prevented.
