A unit for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots consists of a frame, a feed conveyer, a baffle brush, a cleaner as a cleaning block, mounted as an inclined one, formed by cylindrical driving rollers, having the pairly counter-rotational movement, above which a driving activator is mounted, and also of an unloading conveyer. The activator is made as two hemispheres, which are mounted on driving shafts, rotating in the opposite directions, which are arranged under an angle to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rollers of the cleaning block. The outer surfaces of the hemispheres have rows of fixed elastic fingers of trapezoidal shape of varying size.. |
