METHOD FOR TREATING ACUTE DISLOCATION OF ACROMIAL END OF CLAVICLE

A method for treating the acute dislocation of the acromial end of the clavicle comprises the generation of the bone canals, the reconstruction surgery of coracoclavicular ligament, and the fixation of the acromioclavicular joint with the artificial strip. One canal is generated in the clavicle and one – in the coracoid process, the canals positioning vertically one over another. The artificial strip with the metal plates at the ends is passed through the canals. One plate is positioned below the coracoid process, another plate is positioned on the clavicle. The strip is stretched and fixed with the double knot.
