<p>Disclosed are a thermoplastic composite panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The thermoplastic composite panel is a panel that is provided with a set width in the horizontal direction, extends continuously in the vertical direction, and is wrapped into a roll or cut into blocks. The thermoplastic composite panel comprises a reinforced skeleton. The reinforced skeleton is covered thereout with a thermoplastic material layer. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (1) leveling, degreasing, and derusting bends on the surface of the reinforced skeleton continuously conveyed; (2) heating the reinforced skeleton and coating thereon an adhesive resin material, forming a bonding layer when solidified; (3) placing the reinforced skeleton into a forming mold, extruding a thermoplastic material, successively coating same on the exterior of the bonding layer to acquire a panel material; and (4) shaping the panel material to acquire the thermoplastic composite panel. The thermoplastic protection panel of the present invention is not only provided with a certain degree of strength and rigidness, but also provided with a certain degree of buffering performance, and allows for improved safety protection effect. The manufacturing method has a great manufacturing efficiency, simple process, and reduced manufacturing costs.</p> |
