FROZEN FOOD PACKAGING BAG FOR STEAM COOKING, AND FROZEN FOOD PACKAGE AND ENCASED PRODUCT USING SAME

A frozen food packaging bag in which the lower end of a tubular resin film is sealed to form a container section for frozen food that is to be steamed between a front sheet section and a back sheet section that face each other and the upper end is configured as a sealable insertion opening for inserting the contents. The frozen food packaging bag for steam cooking is configured by making both side edges of the front sheet section and the back sheet section to be non-perforated regions and making the regions between said non-perforated regions to be perforated regions that are provided with multiple air holes. Said packaging bags are easy to handle, have good mechanical strength, and have excellent heating and cooling efficiency when the frozen food to be steamed is steam-heated and cooked. Moreover, the frozen food inside the packaging bag cools rapidly after steam cooking to a temperature range suitable for eating and can maintain said temperature range for a long period.
