<p>Provided is a mobility enhancement method comprising: a user equipment configuring a configuration parameter for reselection and/or measurement under the condition of specific mobility and specific carrier frequency, or, receiving from a base station the configuration parameter for reselection and/or measurement under the condition of specific mobility and specific carrier frequency; the user equipment processing, on the basis of the mobility thereof, of a current service carrier frequency, and of the configuration parameter for reselection and/or measurement corresponding to a reselected or measured target carrier frequency, a reselection or measurement report.
