<p>The present invention relates to a disposable syringe for injecting a patient with a necessary medicinal injection solution (medicinal injection, antibiotics, and the like) which is able to readily separate/combine a medicinal injection solution injection hub comprising a needle and a needle hub from/to a medicinal solution supply hole formed at the front end of a syringe cylinder, and sealing is maintained after combination so as to prevent the leakage of a medicinal injection solution to the outside. The syringe (A) comprises: a syringe cylinder for accommodating a medicinal injection solution in which a medicinal solution supply hole is protruded at the front end thereof, and a piston is provided inside; and a medicinal injection solution injection hub comprising a needle and a needle hub which is combined to the medicinal solution supply hole in a separable manner, wherein a combining portion (300) is formed at the medicinal solution supply hole and the needle hub to simultaneously prevent the leakage of a medicinal injection solution and to allow the needle hub to be readily separated and combined by a user when using a syringe without the arbitrary separation thereof from the medicine solution supply hole.</p> |
