PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a coherence gate as close to a test object as possible, in a tomographic image photographing apparatus.SOLUTION: An OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) image photographing apparatus for taking a tomographic image of a test object includes: a shifting means for shifting a coherence gate corresponding to a difference between an optical path length of a measuring beam and an optical path length of a reference beam; and a control means for controlling the shifting means to further shift the coherence gate from a second position, on the basis of first and second multiplexed beams of the test object, which are acquired in a first position of the coherence gate and the second position after the coherence gate is shifted to the side of the test object from the first position by the shifting means, respectively. |
