摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation in the sprayed condition of fuel, related to a fuel injection valve which injects fuel from a nozzle hole to an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A valve member 40 includes a guide part 44 which protrudes to the radially outside from the fuel upstream side of a valve part 41 and which is guided by a valve body 11. The guide part 44 which forms a fuel flow passage 46 through which fuel flows, between the guide part and the valve body 11 is connected with the valve part 41 through a difference surface 44b for filling up the a radial difference between the valve part 41 and the guide part 44 on the fuel downstream side of the fuel flow passage 46. A valve seat part 19 forms a valve seat surface 19a of tapered surface shape which diametrically reduces toward the fuel downstream side. An abutting part 41a which diametrically reduces toward the fuel downstream side to separate from and seat on the valve seat surface 19a and at least one diametrically reduced surface 48 which diametrically reduces toward the abutting part 41a on the fuel downstream side from a cylinder surface-shaped outer circumferential surface 41b are disposed on the valve part 41. All of diametrically reduced surfaces 48 which are formed in such a tapered surface shape that the diameter reduction rate is constant toward the fuel downstream side are surrounded by a cylinder surface-shaped inner circumferential surface of the valve body 11 on the fuel upstream side from the valve seat surface 19a.
