PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device which does not require a large storage tank for containing a required amount of sodium hypochlorite and stably supplies sodium hypochlorite to a supplied site at a specified mass flow.SOLUTION: The supply device includes a storage tank for storing aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution and a supply passage for supplying the aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution to a supplied site, wherein an introduction passage for introducing dilution water is provided on the way of the supply passage to dilute the aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution in the storage tank, and a mixing portion for mixing the solution sodium hypochlorite aqueous in the storage tank with the dilution water to dilute the aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution in the storage tank with the dilution water introduced through the introduction passage and supply it to the supplied site.
