PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a photographer to quickly specify a target to be photographed.SOLUTION: A photographer specifies a tracking target by touching any place on a live view screen. The imaging apparatus recognizes a tracking target based on the touched place, and tracks the target. The photographer touches any place on an image screen, thereby specifying a photographing reference place. The imaging apparatus recognizes the photographing reference place based on the touched place. When the target reaches a specific place determined by the photographing reference position, the imaging apparatus automatically performs photographing for recording. |
