PURPOSE: A vehicle power and electricity controlling method and a system for the same are provided to reduce operating costs and the risks of dangers. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle comprises more than one vehicle power system (108) which controls electricity consumption and electricity generating element and more than one driving force system. A vehicle or power controlling method comprises the following steps. A route for a destination is suggested (201,203) (i). An operation plan is decided (ii). Electricity for consumption and driving power for a vehicle are turned into a function during the operation time (iii). Based on the electricity consumption element and driving force unit, electricity and the driving force is turned into a function (206,207,208,209). Along with the prepared route and operation plane, (iii) and (iv) process are repeated to optimize performance (210).
