PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag and a packaging bag manufacturing method capable of eliminating a need for a suction hole for selectively opening two storage parts formed at a front surface film side and a back surface film side with a division film as a boundary.SOLUTION: An opening width of a storage part 8b at a back surface film 3 side is narrower than an opening width of a storage part 8a at a front surface film 1 side, and facing surfaces of a front surface film 1 and a division film 2 are low melting-point sealant layers 1b, 2b, respectively, and facing surfaces of a back surface film 3 and the division film 2 are high melting-point sealant layers 2c, 3c, respectively. By a difference between the opening widths, the storage part 8a at the front surface film 1 side is preferentially opened when the front surface film 1 and the back surface film 3 are pulled by suction. By performing sealing at a seal temperature of the low melting-point sealant layer after an article to be packaged is filled, only the opening at the front surface film 1 side is selectively heat-sealed, and an opening of the storage part 8b at the back surface film 3 side can be opened by the suction of the front surface film 1 and the back surface film 2. |
