PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse laser device capable of adjusting the pulse energy of a pulse laser without changing current flowing through a laser diode and with the power of an RF signal being constant.SOLUTION: A pulse laser device includes: a semiconductor laser including a laser diode generating excitation light; a laser medium generating induced emission light according to the excitation light from the semiconductor laser; a control device outputting duty-ratio information for adjusting pulse energy to a desired value; an RF signal generating circuit generating an RF signal having an adjusted duty ratio according to the duty ratio information from the control device; an acoustic optical element controlling the pulse energy by modulating a fundamental wave of the induced emission light generated by the laser medium, according to the RF signal from the RF signal generating circuit; a nonlinear optical element converting and outputting the wavelength of the fundamental wave modulated by the acoustic optical element; and a temperature adjustment mechanism adjusting the temperatures of the semiconductor laser and the nonlinear optical element. |
