PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a vulcanized rubber and a resin, exhibiting satisfactory bonding property without an adhesive application step, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminate.SOLUTION: A rubber composition composing a vulcanized rubber 1 contains resorcin, a methylene donor compound, bismaleimide and a hydrazide compound. A resin 2 contains polyamide. At least one of bonding surfaces of the vulcanized rubber 1 and the resin 2 is pretreated, and the vulcanized rubber and the resin are laminated and thermally compressed.
