PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrically collecting trace resources included in water, such as seawater, with a low cost and high efficiency.SOLUTION: By using a mixture as it is obtained when naturally-occurring water, starting with seawater, is mixed with earth and sand including inorganic or organic matters, which is in other words a naturally-occurring or artificially-occurring pool, such as the ocean, a river, and a pond and swamp, as an electrolyte of a secondary battery, and by utilizing electric power stored therein, effective electrolysis is performed and resources in the water are collected. |
