<p>Disclosed is a process for manufacturing with zero emissions a natural colour cotton woven fabric, belonging to the technical field of textiles. The process is as follows: preparing mercerized natural colour cotton yarns, weaving the yarns on a weaving machine without slurry, and then finishing, so as to obtain a natural colour cotton woven fabric. The process uses pollution-free natural colour cotton yarns, and produces a mercerized colour cotton by mercerization with zero emissions, and then produces a woven fabric by a method without slurry. The entire manufacturing process involves no release of waste water, achieving an environmentally friendly production, and obtaining an environmentally friendly fabric completely free of emissions.</p> |
