PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary fixing material which does not break even after repeated use and which can maintain adhesiveness and detachability at a high level.SOLUTION: A temporary fixing material contains a foam having a continuous bubble structure having through-holes between adjacent spherical bubbles, wherein an average diameter of the spherical bubbles is less than 20 μm, an average diameter of the through-holes is 5 μm or less, surface openings having an average diameter of 20 μm or less are provided on the surface, and normal shear bond force is 1 N/cmor greater. |
