PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a common pallet for placing vehicle, whose user cannot be determined, to be used with an easy operation without being attended by a custodian.SOLUTION: A control system 22 of a mechanical parking device 10 comprises, as pallets for placing vehicle, general pallets on which predetermined users only can place vehicles and common pallets whose users that can place vehicles thereon are not predetermined. In addition, the control system 22 comprises an entry reservation panel 28 for specifying the non-common pallet or the common pallet as the pallet for placing an entering vehicle on, and an entry instruction part 46 that, when the common pallet is specified via the entry reservation panel 28, outputs an entry instruction to the mechanical parking device 10 having an unoccupied common pallet with no vehicle placed thereon, ordering to carry the unoccupied common pallet to the loading floor.
