PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load bearing wall with an opening part, capable of simply improving its earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: The load bearing wall with the opening part comprises: a frame body having a plurality of vertical members, and a plurality of horizontal members framed together and having the opening part in the frame, as an opening where an opening device is to be installed; and reinforcing face members each bridged between the vertical members excluding the opening part, out of the frame body, and fixed thereto to cover the framed area excluding the opening part. |
