PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a contacting state of a disk with a brake piece without lengthening contacting operation for a long time.SOLUTION: A disk brake device 1 for an elevator winding machine includes: a brake disk 3; at least one brake piece 5 that is selectively pressed on the brake disk; and a plunger 7 that supports the brake piece and makes the brake piece move to the brake disk. A gas spout outlet 15 is opened on a contact surface 13 on a side contacting the brake disk in the brake piece.
