PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables encoding/decoding to be performed for each divided video image and for which it is not necessary to perform different processing for each divided video image by solving the problem that, for conventional discontinuous correction for divided video images, it is necessary to "fetch respectively adjacent video images in addition to a video image fetched into an encoder per se in the case of encoding", "dispatch a video image decoded in the case of decoding to respective adjacent decoders and fetch decoded video images of the respective decoders", "separate expansion and correction processing methods for each divided video image" and the like.SOLUTION: In discontinuity correction between divided video images through encoding and decoding, discontinuity between divided video images in the case where decoded video images are combined into one and displayed by using an encoder and a decoder for each divided video image is corrected by weighted addition of decoded data and respective frame data. |
