PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor excellent in insulation property and heat dissipation.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 includes a coil 2, a magnetic core 3 in which the coil 2 is arranged, a bottomed cylinder case 4 storing an assembly 10 of the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. The case 4 includes a bottom plate 40 on which the assembly 10 is placed, and a side wall surrounding the assembly, as separate members. The bottom plate 40 has a thickness of 2 mm or less, is composed of an insulating resin having heat conductivity of 3.2 W/m K or more, and includes a bonding layer 42 bonding the coil 2 to the inner surface. The bottom plate 40 composed of the insulating resin provides an excellent insulation property from the coil 2 and eliminates the need for separately providing an insulating material. The bottom plate 40 composed of the material having high heat conductivity and having the thickness of 2 mm or less provides excellent heat dissipation. |
