Disclosed are a wireless communication method and apparatus, relating to the communication field, and used for solving the problem of low communication quality in the advanced full-duplex communication technology. The method provided by the present invention comprises: dividing wireless resources available to a communication system into a first wireless resource and a second wireless resource, the first wireless resource and the second wireless resource respectively occupying different wireless resources; and performing bidirectional transmission of communication information with a user equipment simultaneously through the first wireless resource, and performing unidirectional transmission of the communication information with the user equipment through the second wireless resource. The present invention is applicable to the communication field, and used for performing wireless communication.
