The invention relates to synthesis of foamed polyurethane prepared from diisocyanates and mixture of polyesters and polyethers, catalysts that can be used in chemical, medical, automotive, aviation, sewing, footwear industry and are degradable in environment after end of useful life thereof.Disclosed is a process for synthesis of foamed polyurethanes by interaction of polyol and isocyanate components, catalysts, surfactants and natural components. According to the invention polyesters of molecular weight 500, 800, 2200-100 weight fractions and polyethers of molecular weight of 3000, 5000-25.2-637 weight fractions are used as polyol component, amine catalyst tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol (3.2-20.0 weight fractions) and organo-tin catalyst tin octoate (4,0-50,0 weight fractions) are used as catalysts, block-copolymer of polydimethyl siloxane and alkylene oxides (2.4-15.0 weight fractions) and paraffinic oil (0.5-5.0 weight fractions) are used as surfactant, reactive polysaccharides as 5 or 10% aqueous gels in amount of 45.0-500.0 weight fractions are used as natural components. Interaction with toluene diisocyanate (64-350 weight fractions) is carried out at room temperature while thorough mixing for 60-150 sec. till complete depletion of OH-groups. |
